New Client Consultations

Even with the most fantastic of looks, I am dedicated to ensuring the health and longevity of your hair or lashes. I never want to over-promise and under-deliver, so it is important to me to have a thorough consultation with new clients prior to any service. Read more about new client consultations here. 

Hair Color Consultations (Includes vivid colors, blonding, highlights, root retouch, etc.)

During your Hair Color Consultation, we will discuss your hair goals as well as the pathway to making those dreams a reality. We will also discuss pricing (nobody likes surprises at the register), your hair history, and what at-home maintenance and styling will be like for your desired look. Your consultation may involve testing a strand of your hair to better anticipate the outcome of the color or lightening service. This process will ensure that we are both set up for success prior to your service, and it will enable me to give you an accurate estimate of how long your service will take. 

To proceed with booking a service after the consultation, a $45 deposit will be required. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your scheduled service. Deposits do not cover no show/cancellation fees.

Eyelash Extension Consultations

During your eyelash extension consultation, we will discuss how you want your lashes to look as well as the care and maintenance of your eyelash extensions. The health of your eyelashes is the most important thing so during your consultation, I will be examining your eyelashes to make sure that they are suitable for extensions. While allergic reactions to eyelash glue are uncommon, I will be performing an allergy test by placing a small dot of the glue on your inner wrist during your consultation to ensure there will be no surprises during your service. If no reaction occurs in 24 hours, we will be able to book your service.

Haircut Consultations

Every head of hair is different and some haircuts need more time than others. During your Haircut Consultation we will discuss your hair goals as well as what maintenance and styling will be like for the haircut of your choosing. After the consultation, I will also be able to give you an accurate estimate of how long your appointment will take and book accordingly.
